By using TimeMathNow (timemathnow.com) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Results are estimates
The calculators are provided for general information and convenience. We work hard to make them accurate and test them carefully, but we can’t guarantee that every result is correct or suitable for your situation. Always check important figures, such as pay, deadlines or legal time limits, before relying on them.
Not legal, tax or payroll advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or payroll advice. Overtime, break and holiday rules depend on your country, state, employer and contract, and they change over time. Pay and overtime figures are estimates only. For U.S. federal rules, see the Department of Labor’s overtime guidance; for other rules, consult your employer, a qualified professional or the relevant official body.
Holiday calendars
Public holidays are calculated from published rules. One-off holidays declared at short notice, regional or state holidays, and changes made after a rule was written may not be included. You can add any missing dates as custom days off.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeMathNow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results, including lost wages, penalties or missed deadlines.
Acceptable use
You may use the calculators for personal and business purposes, and print or share your results. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, copy it wholesale, or present its content as your own.
Links and ads
The site contains links to other websites and shows ads from third parties. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those sites or advertisers.
Changes
We may update these terms or change the site at any time. The current version will always be on this page.
